Premium sorrel of Orzeł Polska is only made of freshly picked and chopped sorrel with a pinch of salt. It is mainly used as a basic ingredient for a traditional sorrel soup, but it can also be added to different types of salads, paste or sandwiches. It perfectly fits fish and meat dishes. This is a natural produce without any preservatives or flavour enhancers.
