- Salt, to taste
- 1 egg
- 210g flour Grade 550 Luksusowa
- 125g water
- 3-4g dry Yeast LEIS
- 10g Sunflower Oil Amber Refined Leis
- 350g Cheese Suluguni
- 20g butter
Start by preparing the dough. In a bowl, pour warm water and add the dry yeast. Stir, then add salt and a pinch of sugar.
Add vegetable oil and mix.
Gradually add the flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough in the bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 30-40 minutes.
Grate the Sulguni cheese. Add one egg and mix. Separately, grate the mozzarella cheese, which will be used as a topping.
Once the dough has risen, shape it into a round khachapuri.
Place the Sulguni cheese and egg mixture on top of the dough. Pinch the edges of the dough to slightly cover the cheese filling. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Place the khachapuri on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
After baking, brush the khachapuri with butter and enjoy your cheesy pie!
