Mexican chicken

This is an incredibly tasty and appetizing dish, which will suit any side dish: rice, pasta, potatoes.

The recipe for cooking this dish is quite simple, and the process will not take much time — only 1 hour.

Ingredients for 4 servings:                               

• Chicken breast - 350g
Grilled Capsicum Janarat Jar 350g - 2 pcs.
• Onion - 2 pcs .
• Carrots - 2 pcs .
Pickled Cherry Tomatoes Peeled Janarat Jar 670g - 5-6 pcs.
• Canned corn - 200g
• Garlic - 2 cloves
• Parsley
• Pepper and salt - to taste
• Vegetable oil -10g

Cooking method:                                                  

1. Rinse the chicken thoroughly and dry it. Cut the chicken into portions, then pepper and salt them.

2. Take the Grilled Capsicum Janarat and cut into thin strips.

3. Finely chop the onion and garlic, as well as carrots, then proceed to the Pickled Cherry Tomatoes Peeled Janarat.  Cut the tomatoes into slices or slices.

4. Preheat the oven well beforehand. Lubricate the mold with oil and start laying out vegetables on it in layers (onions, peppers, carrots, beans and tomatoes). Sprinkle the contents of the mold with corn and garlic on top, and place the prepared chicken pieces on the very top. Send the resulting form to bake for 35-40 minutes.

5. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
